Thank you for shopping with Changed, Not Finished. Because our store offers products from different production and fulfillment partners, processing and shipping times may vary by item.
Processing Times
Some of our products are made to order. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product and fulfillment provider. Estimated delivery information will be provided when available.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery destination. Free-shipping promotions may be offered when applicable.
Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may be produced or shipped from different locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout simply because an order is shipped separately.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipping label is created.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, production delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at changednotfinished@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you believe there is a problem with delivery, please contact us at changednotfinished@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos may be requested when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Area
Changed, Not Finished currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
